Bookkeeping Services
I know that every business is unique, so I don't offer "cookie cutter" plans for any bookkeeping
services. My retainer plans and project services are customized to your unique business. So you
will only pay for the services you need and the results you want!
Pricing will vary depending on the complexities of your business and the specific services
you require. However, all my bookkeeping services are billed as flat fees -- not hourly -- so there
are no surprises when it comes time to pay your bill.

After-the-Fact Bookkeeping*
You write checks and pay vendors, invoice customers, post payments and make deposits. I
record your data directly from your bank statements into your QuickBooks file and reconcile your
accounts on a monthly basis. Available monthly and quarterly.
Full-Service Bookkeeping*
I perform all bookkeeping tasks you don't want to do! This can include recording vendor bills,
paying bills either through online Bill Pay or preparing checks for you to print and sign, customer
invoicing, receiving payments, recording deposits, reconciling bank accounts, tracking inventory,
sales tax return preparation, and much more. Available in any frequency from daily to bi-weekly.
Monthly Books Review*
If you're happy with your current bookkeeper or doing the books on your own but want to make
sure they're being done correctly, I can perform a monthly review of your data. Each month I'll log
into your computer to perform my review, and can either make corrections for you or provide a
written recommendation of corrections that need to be made. Available monthly and quarterly.
Cleanup / Catch-up Projects
If your books are a mess or haven't been kept up like they should be, this service will get them in
tip-top shape. Includes all work necessary to bring your books current and make them accurate. If
you've been using QuickBooks I can usually clean up your existing company file, but sometimes
starting from scratch with a new file may be necessary.
*Retainer services require that your QuickBooks software and company file be hosted on our remote
