customized training and support on your computer just as if I was sitting right there by your side.
With this technology, I simply direct you to a website address and have you enter a support code.
This allows me permission to view your computer screen through a remote connection. We can
even take turns typing on your keyboard and controlling your mouse. I will be talking to you over the
telephone while I am working with you on your computer.
Once the support or training session is complete, I will disconnect from your computer. I can no
longer have access to your computer again, unless you give me permission to do so.
All you need is an internet connection to your computer--the faster,
the better. If you use a dial-up connection, the process slows down a
little and you will need to have a separate telephone line for us to
communicate.
